Delivery & Returns
It usually takes 2 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are 3-7 business days, but in some cases it can be up to 12 days.
We mostly use Royal Mail for our deliveries across the UK.
No, unfortunately we only deliver to the UK at this time.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Product & Orders
We work with a reliable, high-quality printers. They have locations worldwide, so your order will be shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the product you receive. Once this is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will disappear after a few days.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@laptopcases.co.uk within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
